Bonjour!
Aujourd’hui on aborde les questions courantes posées pendant un entretien de recrutement ou d’embauche.

Parlez-moi de vous.
Il faut commencer par se présenter, dites vos prénom et nom.
Bonjour, je m’appelle Alex Ory.
Puis, parlez de ce que vous faites en ce moment, de ce que vous êtes,
par exemple:
Je suis technicien audiovisuel, je travaille chez Multidimension Studio.
Après, parlez du passé, ce que vous avez fait, par exemple:
J’ai fait des études d’arts plastiques.
Un autre exemple:
J’ai commencé à travailler comme serveur et j’ai fini par diriger un restaurant.
L’intérêt est de mettre en avant ce que vous avez réussi à accomplir.
Ensuite, parlez du futur. Ce que vous voudriez réaliser.
Dans deux ans j’aimerais être chef de projet.
L’essentiel est de montrer que nos expériences passées et présentes nous rendent tout à fait capable de postuler pour ce travail.
Citez des exemples, si possible.
Par exemple:
J’ai été livreur pendant 5 ans, je comprends donc le fonctionnement des livraisons et grâce à mon expérience professionnelle, je suis capable maintenant de gérer une équipe de livreurs.
C’est pour cela que je me sens tout à fait capable d’occuper le poste de responsable des livraisons dans votre entreprise.
Pourquoi voulez-vous travailler chez nous?
Cette question est posée afin d’évaluer votre intérêt pour le poste et l’entreprise.
Vous devez bien avoir étudié les deux aspects auparavant.
Citez les aspects intéressants de l’entreprise en les fusionnant avec vos connaissances.
Par exemple:
En tant qu’entreprise internationale, je serai ravi de m’intégrer dans cet environnement car je parle anglais, français, bengali et un peu d’allemand.
Quelles sont vos principales qualités ?
Le mieux est de citer des qualités utiles pour le poste.
Par exemple:
Je prends des initiatives, j’anticipe et je suis très organisé, je pense être tout à fait capable de gérer de façon autonome une équipe de vos livreurs.
Quelles sont vos faiblesses ?
Pour bien répondre à cette question il faut absolument que vos faiblesses aient un côté positif.
Par exemple:
Je peux être impatient.
Maintenant, il faut trouver un côté positif :
L’impatience me permet d’aller vite et de finir les tâches ou projets toujours dans les délais.
J’aime quand la journée se termine avec toutes les tâches accomplies..

Why do you want to work for us?
This question is asked in order to assess your interest in the position and the company.
You must have studied both aspects beforehand.
Name the interesting aspects of the company and combine them with your knowledge.
For example:
As an international company, I will be happy to fit into this environment because I speak English, French, Bengali and some German.
What are your main qualities?
The best thing to do is to mention some qualities that are useful for the job.
For example:
I take initiatives, I anticipate and I am very organised, I think I am quite capable of managing a team of your delivery people autonomously.
What are your weaknesses?
In order to answer this question correctly, it is essential that your weaknesses have a positive side.
For example:
I can be impatient.
Now you have to find a positive side:
Impatience allows me to go fast and always finish tasks or projects on time.
I like it when the day ends with all the tasks completed.
